Abstract

Latar Belakang :Pada saat kehamilan Kebutuhan Zat besi meningkat dua kali lipat dari kebutuhan sebelum hamil. Sebanyak 84.6% anemia pada ibu hamil, sehingga pada masa kehamilan ibu diwajibkan konsumsi tablet sebanyak 90 tablet, untuk mengontrol kepatuhan ibu dalam mengkonsumsi tablet tambah darah salah satunya adalah dengan memberikan kartu kontrol konsumsi Tablet Tambah Darah. Tujuan : mengetahui tentang efektivitas Penggunaan Kartu Kontrol Terhadap Kepatuhan Konsumsi Tablet Tambah Darah Pada ibu hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Mentaya Seberang. Metode :Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuasi eksperimen (quasi experiment) dengan rancangan post- test only with kontrol group desaign. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah nonprobability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling. Besaran sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30 ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mentaya Seberang dan uji statistic yang digunakan adalah uji Chi-Square. Hasil : Dari hasil analisis media video dengan pengetahuan kelompok eksperimen didapatkan hasil uji statistic didapatkan nilai p value 0,001, dengan p value < 0,05 artinya pemberian kartu kontrol efektif terhadap kepatuhan konsumsi tablet tambah darah ibu hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Mentaya Seberang Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur. Dan hasil analisis diperoleh OR 14.000 artinya pemberian kartu kontrol berpeluang 14 kali terhadap kepatuhan konsumsi tablet tambah darah dari pada ibu yang tidak diberikan kartu kontrol. Kesimpulan: Pemberian kartu kontrol efektif terhadap kepatuhan konsumsi tablet tambah darah ibu hamil, oleh sebab itu kartu kontrol pada buku KIA revisi 2020 harus terus di galakan penggunaannya sebagai alat bantu dan untuk motivasi ibu hamil minum Tablet Tambah Darah.

Results: From the results of the analysis of video media with the knowledge of the experimental group, the statistical test results obtained a p value of 0.001, with a p value of <0.05, meaning that the administration of a control card was effective for compliance with the consumption of blood-added tablets for pregnant women in the Mentaya Seberang Health Center Work Area. And the results of the analysis obtained OR 14,000 which means that giving a control card has a 14 times chance of compliance with consuming blood-added tablets than mothers who were not given a control card. Conclusion: The provision of an effective control card for compliance with the consumption of blood-added tablets for pregnant women, therefore the control card in the 2020 revised Maternal and Child Health book must continue to be encouraged to use it as a tool and to motivate pregnant women to drink blood-supplementing tablets
