Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kehamilan adalah suatu keadaan fisiologis. Pengalaman hidup berupa kebahagian luar biasa atau kesedihan mendalam yang dapat memicu emosi. Menurut WHO terdapat sekitar 10% wanita hamil dan 13% wanita yang baru melahirkan diseluruh dunia mengalami gangguan jiwa trauma depresi. Dicina menunjukan bahwa 20,6% ibu hamil mengalami kecemasan, di Amerika Tengah-Nicaragua 41% wanita hamil memiliki gejala kecemasan dan 57% wanita hamil mengalami depresi, di Pakistan 70% ibu hamil mengalami kecemasan dan depresi, di Bangladesh ibu hamil 18% mengalami depresi dan 29% ibu hamil mengalami depresi atau kecemasan. Tujuan: Diketahuinya pengaruh antara Prenatal Gentel Yoga dalam menurunkan tingkat kecemasan ibu hamil. Metode: Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan jenis quasi eskperimental. Quasi eksperimental merupakan suatu desain penelitian yang menerapkan prosedur eksperimental, Penelitian yang menggunakan pre and post-tes one grup desain. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling . sampel penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil Trimester III di Wilayah Kereng Bengkirai Kota Palangka Raya pada bulan Januari awal sampai 3 Maret yang berjumlah 31 ibu hamil Hasil: Hasil analisis Uji Dependen T-Test yaitu nilai p-value 0,000 (α =0,05) yang membuktikan bahwa ada pengaruh antara variabel independen (Prenatal Gentle Yoga) dengan Variabel (Tingkat Kecemasan). Kesimpulan: Ada pengaruh antara prenatal gentle yoga dalam menurunkan tingkat kecemasan pada ibu hamil trimester III di PMB Wilayah Kerja Kereng Bengkirai Kota Palangkaraya.

Background: Pregnancy is a physiological condition. Life experiences consist of extraordinary happiness or sadness in which transitions can be made. According to WHO, there are around 10% of pregnant women and 13% of women who have just been saved. Objective: To know the effect of gentle prenatal yoga on reducing the pregnancy rate of pregnant women. Method: The method used is an experimental method with quasi experimental type. Quasi experimental is a research design that involves experimental procedures, research that uses pre and post-test one design group. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The sample of this study was Trimester III pregnant women in Kereng Bengkirai Region, Palangka Raya City from the beginning of January to March 3, which produced 31 pregnant women Results: The results of the Dependent T-Test analysis are p-value 0,000 (α = 0.05) which proves that there is an influence between independent variables (Soft Prenatal Yoga) and Variables (Anxiety Level). Conclusion: There is a difference between prenatal soft yoga in third trimester pregnant women in PMB Bengkirai Kereng Working Area, Palangkaraya City .
