Abstract
Latar Belakang: Pre eklamsia merupakan penyebab kematian kedua terbesar pada kehamilan di dunia. Di Indonesia Preeklamsia dan eklamsia merupakan penyebab kematian berkisar 1,5% sampai 25%. Salah satu faktor risiko penyebab terjadinya preeklamsia dan eklamsia adalah Overweigh dan Obesitas. Di United States30 % penyebab preeklamsia adalah obesitas. Tujuan Penelitian : Mengetahui hubungan IMT Ibu hamil dengan kejadian Pre Eklamsia pada ibu hamil yang ANC di UPT Puskesmas Menteng Kota Palangka Raya Metode Penelitian: Kuantitatif, dengan desain Case Control Study. Data dikumpulkankan dari data sekunder sebanyak 68 sampel, menggunakan uji statistik Chi Square Hasil: Distribusi frekuensi, 34 ibu (50%) mengalami preeklamsia dan 34 ibu lainnya (50%) tidak preeklamsia. Distribusi frekuensi, IMT ≤ 25 (tidak obesitas) berjumlah 45 orang ibu (66,2%) dan 23 orang ibu lainnya (33,8%)IMT >25 (obesitas). Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara indeks massa tubuh ibu hamil dengan kejadian pre eklamsia dengan nilai p 0,000 ( p value < α 0,05) OR= 9,5 (2,73-32,94).
Background: Pre eklamsia is the second largest cause of death in pregnancy in the world. In Indonesia the preeclampsia and eklamsia is the leading cause of death ranged from 1.5% to 25%. One of the risk factors cause the occurrence of preeclampsia and eklamsia is Overweigh and obesity. In the United States30% the cause of preeclampsia is obesity. Research Objectives: Relationship with pregnant mothers IMT Pre Eklamsia in pregnant women that the ANC is in the UPT Health Center City of Palangka Raya Menteng Research Methods: Quantitative, with the design of the Case Control Study. Dikumpulkankan data from the secondary data as much as 68 samples, using statistical test of Chi Square Results: Frequency distribution, 34 mothers (50%) experienced preeclampsia and 34 other mothers (50%) No preeclampsia. Frequency distribution, IMT ≤ 25 (not obese) numbering 45 people mother (66.2%) and 23 other people (33,8%) IMT > 25 (obesity). Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between the body mass index of pregnant women with pre p value 0.000 eklamsia (α < p value 0.05) OR = 9.5 (2,73-32,94).
