Abstract

Latar belakang, Secara global pada tahun 2017 hanya 40% bayi berusia 0-6 bulan diberikan ASI secara eksklusif, kurang optimal berkontribusi terhadap 800.000 kematian bayi, lebih dari 820.000 nyawa anak dapat diselamatkan tiap tahun diantaranya anak yang berusia dibawah 5 tahun, jika semua anak yang berusia 0-23 bulan diberikan ASI secara optimal. Cakupan ASI ekslusif Kota Palangka Raya sejak tahun 2011 – 2019 mengalami trend naik, walaupun pada tahun 2016 – 2017 mengalami penurunan. Pada tahun 2018 sebesar 41,69% kemudian naik menjadi 41,69% di tahun 2019. Cakupan pemberian ASI Eksklusif paling tinggi di Puskesmas Rakumpit (85,71%) yang berada di wilayah kecamatan Rakumpit dan cakupan terendah pemberian ASI Eksklusif di wilayah kecamatan Pahandut yaitu di Puskesmas Pahandut (7.88%). Tujuan, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran riwayat pemberian ASI 6 bulan pertama pada bayi usia 6 – 12 bulan di PMB wilayah Puskesmas Pahandut kota Palangka Raya. Metode, Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara consecutive sampling yaitu dengan cara wawancara langsung kepada ibu yang memiliki bayi usia > 6- 12 bulan yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi dengan menggunakan format isian yang diperoleh secara langsung dari responden berdasarkan Usia, Pendidikan, Pekerjaan, Paritas, Jenis Persalinan, Riwayat IMD dan Penghasilan Keluarga. Hasil penelitian uji univariat mayoritas responden tidak memberikan ASI eksklusif sebanyak 51 orang (53,125%). Hasil berdasarkan usia yang dengan riwayat pemberian ASI 43 (44,79%), berdasarkan pendidikan 66 (68,75), pekerjaan 51 (53,125%), paritas 56 (58,33%), jenis persalinan 89 (92,70%), riwayat IMD 73 (76,04%), penghasilan keluarga 62 (64,58%). Kesimpulan usia, pendidikan, pekerjaan, paritas, riwayat IMD berpengaruh terhadap riwayat pemberian ASI. Jenis persalinan dan penghasilan keluarga tidak berpengaruh terhadap riwayat pemberian ASI.

Purpose, This study aims to describe the history of breastfeeding for the first 6 months of infants aged 6-12 months at PMB in the Pahandut Health Center area of Palangka Raya. Method, This type of research is descriptive. The sampling technique was carried out by consecutive sampling, namely by direct interviews with mothers who had babies aged > 6-12 months who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria by using a form that was obtained directly from respondents based on Age, Education, Occupation, Parity, Type of Delivery. , BMI History and Family Income. The results of the univariate test were the majority of respondents did not give exclusive breastfeeding as many as 51 people (53.125%). Results based on age with a history of breastfeeding 43 (44.79%), based on education 66 (68.75), occupation 51 (53.125%), parity 56 (58.33%), type of delivery 89 (92.70%) , BMI history 73 (76.04%), family income 62 (64.58%). Conclusion age, education, occupation, parity, history of BMI affect the history of breastfeeding. The type of delivery and family income did not affect the history of breastfeeding.
