Abstract

Keluarga berencana (KB) merupakan salah satu strategi untuk mengurangi kematian ibu khususnya ibu dengan kondisi 4T; terlalu muda melahirkan (di bawah usia 20 tahun), terlalu sering melahirkan, terlalu dekat jarak melahirkan, dan terlalu tua melahirkan (diatas usia 35 tahun).

Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran akseptor KB suntik yang berkunjung selama pandemi Covid-19 di Puskesmas Pahandut Kota Palangka Raya berdasarkan distribusi frekuensi kunjungan akseptor KB suntik, umur, pendidikan, pekerjaan, paritas, penghasilan, dukungan suami, jarak rumah dengan pelayanan kesehatan.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan desain penelitian Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua wanita akseptor KB suntik yang berada di Puskesmas Pahandut, sampel penelitian sebanyak 61 responden. Analisis dilakukan secara univariat, data disajikan dalam distribusi frekuensi dan persentase.

Hasil penelitian gambaran akseptor KB suntik yang berkunjung selama pandemi Covid-19 di Puskesmas Pahandut Kota Palangka Raya dari 61 responden kunjungan akseptor KB suntik 1 bulan (62.3%). Umur 20-35 tahun KB suntik 1 bulan (78,9. Pendidikan dasar KB suntik 1 bulan (60,5%) KB suntik 3 bulan (65,2%), pendidikan menengah KB suntik 1 bulan (34,2%). Tidak bekerja KB suntik 1 bulan (89.5%). Paritas multipara KB suntik 1 bulan (76,3%). Penghasilan ≥UMK (Rp 2.931.674) KB suntik 1 bulan (68,4%). Dukungan suami KB suntik 1 bulan (52,6%). Jarak dekat (≤1 km) KB suntik 1 bulan (65,8%).

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian gambaran akseptor KB suntik yang berkunjung selama pandemi Covid-19 di Puskesmas Pahandut dari 61 responden akseptor KB suntik lebih banyak melakukan kunjungan akseptor KB suntik 1 bulan, umur 20-35 tahun, pendidikan dasar, tidak bekerja, paritas multipara, penghasilan ≥UMK (Rp 2.931.674), mendapat dukungan suami, jarak (≤1 km).

Family planning (KB) is one strategy to reduce maternal mortality, especially mothers with 4T conditions; too young to give birth (under the age of 20), giving birth too often, too close to giving birth, and too old to give birth (above 35 years). The purpose of this study was to find out the description of injecting family planning acceptors who visited during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Pahandut Health Center in Palangka Raya City based on the distribution of the frequency of visits by injection family planning acceptors, age, education, occupation, parity, income, husband's support, distance from home to health services.

This research uses descriptive method and cross sectional research design. The population in this study were all female contraceptive injection acceptors who were at the Pahandut Health Center, the research sample was 61 respondents. The analysis was carried out univariately, the data presented in the distribution of frequency and percentage.

The results of the study describe the description of injecting family planning acceptors who visited during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Pahandut Health Center, Palangka Raya City from 61 respondents who visited 1 month injection family planning acceptors (62.3%). Based on the results of the research on the description of injecting family planning acceptors who visited during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Pahandut Health Center, out of 61 respondents, the injection family planning acceptors visited more than 1 month of injection family planning acceptors, aged 20-35 years, basic education, not working, multipara parity, income UMK (Rp 2,931,674), has husband's support, distance (≤1 km).
