Abstract

Latar Belakang : Persalinan adalah proses dimana bayi, plasenta dan selaput ketuban keluar dari uterus. Dapat dipengaruhi oleh Kecemasan, sering terjadi pada ibu inpartu. Cemas dapat membuat persalinan beresiko seperti partus lama. Salah satu metode yang dapat dilakukan untuk menurunkan tingkat kecemasan dan lama persalinan adalah Metode Hypnobirthing.
Tujuan Penelitian : Mengetahui Pengaruh Hypnobirthing terhadap Tingkat Kecemasan dan lama persalinan pada ibu inpartu.
Metode Penelitian : Jenis penelitian Quasy experiment design dengan non equivalent control group. Populasi penelitian adalah semua ibu hamil inpartu yang dirawat pada bulan September sampai dengan Desember 2021. berdasarkan penghitungan jumlah sampel menurut Lameshow ada 72 sampel dibagi dua kelompok yaitu kelompok perlakuan dan kontrol. Masing-masing sebanyak 36 ibu inpartu diambil secara consecutive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dan Mann Whitney.
Hasil : Hasil uji wilcoxon pada kelompok perlakuan menunjukkan ada pengaruh Hypnobirthing terhadap penurunan tingkat kecemasan ibu inpartu dalam proses persalinan (P = 0,003), pada kelompok kontrol menunjukkan ada pengaruh tidak dilakukan Hypnobirthing terhadap peningkatan tingkat kecemasan ibu inpartu dalam proses persalinan (P = 0,000). Hasil uji Mann Whitney menunjukkan ada perbedaan tingkat kecemasan (P = 0,000) dan lama persalinan (P = 0,000) pada ibu inpartu dalam proses persalinan antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol di RSUD dr. Murjani Sampit.
Kesimpulan : Ada pengaruh hypnobirthing terhadap tingkat kecemasan dan lama persalinan ibu inpartu dalam proses persalinan di RSUD dr. Murjani Sampit.

Background : Labor is a process in which the baby, placenta and membranes come out of the uterus. Can be affected by Anxiety, often occurs in inpartu mothers. Anxiety can make labor as risky as prolonged labor. One method that can be used to reduce anxiety levels and length of labor is the Hypnobirthing Method.
Research Objectives: To determine the effect of Hypnobirthing on Anxiety Levels and duration of labor in inpartu mothers.
Research Methods: The type of research is Quasy experiment design with non-equivalent control group. The study population was all inpartum pregnant women who were treated from September to December 2021. Based on the calculation of the number of samples, according to Lameshow, there were 72 samples divided into two groups, namely the treatment and control groups. Each of 36 inpartum mothers were taken by consecutive sampling. Data analysis used Wilcoxon and Mann Whitney test.
Results: The results of the Wilcoxon test in the treatment group showed that there was an effect of Hypnobirthing on decreasing the level of anxiety of inpartum mothers in the delivery process (P = 0.003), in the control group it showed that there was an effect of not doing Hypnobirthing on increasing the level of anxiety of inpartum mothers in the labor process (P = 0.000) . The results of the Mann Whitney test showed that there was a difference in the level of anxiety (P = 0.000) and duration of labor (P = 0.000) in parturient mothers during labor between the treatment group and the control group at RSUD dr. Murjani Sampit.
Conclusion: There is an effect of hypnobirthing on the level of anxiety and duration of labor inpartu mothers in the labor process at RSUD dr. Murjani Sampit.
