Abstract

Anemia disebabkan karena kekurangan zat besi yang disebabkan oleh perubahan fisiologis karena kehamilan yang diperberat dengan keadaan kurang zat gizi, vitamin B12, asam folat dan vitamin C. Hasil studi pendahuluan di PKM Panarung pada tahun 2021, terdapat 102 ibu hamil dengan HB 8-11gr/dl, dan terdapat 58 ibu hamil trimester III yang mengalami anemia (56,8%).

Tujuan penelitian diketahuinya pengaruh jus bayam merah plus tablet Fe terhadap peningkatan kadar HB ibu hamil trimester III dengan anemia.

Rancangan penelitian dengan quasy eksperimen dengan rancangan pre test and post test with group control. Populasi adalah seluruh ibu hamil trimester III yang anemia di wilayah kerja PKM Panarung Palangka Raya sebanyak 58 orang tahun 2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel berjumlah 44 orang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi.

Hasil analisis rata-rata HB pada ibu hamil kelompok intervensi sebelum diberikan jus bayam merah plus tablet Fe sebesar 10.24 gr/dl dan sesudah diberikan jus bayam merah plus tablet Fe sebesar 11.95 gr/dl. Sedangkan rata-rata HB pada ibu hamil kelompok kontrol sebelum diberikan tablet Fe sebesar 10.41 gr/dl dan sesudah diberikan tablet Fe sebesar 11.58 gr/dl. Analisis bivariat didapatkan nilai p-value 0.020 (p<0.05). Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara konsumsi jus bayam merah plus tablet Fe terhadap peningkatan kadar HB ibu hamil trimester III dengan anemia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Panarung Kecamatan Pahandut Kota Palangka Raya Tahun 2022.

Anemia is caused by iron deficiency caused by physiological changes due to pregnancy that is aggravated by a lack of nutrients , vitamin B12, folic acid and vitamin C. The results of a preliminary study at PKM Panarung in 2021, there were 102 pregnant women with HB 8-11gr/dl, and there were 58 pregnant women in the third trimester who experienced anemia (56.8%).

The aim of the study was to determine the effect of red spinach juice plus Fe tablets on increasing HB levels in third trimester pregnant women with anemia.

The research design was a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test and post-test design with a control group. The population is all pregnant women in the third trimester who are anemic in the PKM Panarung Palangka Raya working area as many as 58 people in 2021. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The sample is 44 people according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.

The results of the analysis of the average HB for pregnant women in the intervention group before being given red spinach juice plus Fe tablets was 10.24 g/dl and after being given red spinach juice plus Fe tablets was 11.95 g/dl. Meanwhile, the average HB for pregnant women in the control group before being given Fe tablets was 10.41 g/dl and after being given Fe tablets was 11.58 g/dl. Bivariate analysis obtained a p-value of 0.020 (p<0.05). There is a significant effect between the consumption of red spinach juice plus Fe tablets on the increase in HB levels of pregnant women in the third trimester with anemia in the work area of the Panarung Health Center, Pahandut District, Palangka Raya City in 2022.
