Abstract

Latar belakang : Dalam situasi pandemi COVID-19, banyak pembatasan hampir ke semua layanan rutin termasuk pelayanan kesehatan maternal dan neonatal. Seperti ibu hamil menjadi tidak kepuskesmas atau fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan untuk memeriksakan kehamilan. Salah satu dampak rendahnya cakupan Anternatal Care bisa menyebabkan kematian ibu dan bayi. Dalam hal ini, pencapaian indikator target cakupan pelayanan Antenatal Care di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Bukit Rawi mengalami penurunan dari jumlah sasaran, terlihat dari data tersebut terdapat penurunan cakupan pelayanan Antenatal Care dalam tiga tahun terakhir.

Tujuan penelitian : Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan ibu hamil trimester III dalam melakukan antenatal care pada masa pandemi COVID-19 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Bukit Rawi tahun 2022.

Metode : Penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil trimester III berjumlah 35 orang. Sampel diambil dengan cara non probability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling. Analisis data dengan uji Chi Square (α<0,05), Continuity Correction dan uji Fisher’s Exact Test.

Hasil : Terdapat hubungan antara dukungan suami dengan nilai p=0,044 dan dukungan tenaga kesehatan dengan nilai p=0,014 terhadap kepatuhan ibu hamil melakukan kunjungan antenatal care. Tidak terdapat hubungan antara usia, pendidikan, pekerjaan, paritas, pengetahuan, sikap, jarak dan pemanfaataan media informasi dengan kepatuhan ibu hamil melakukan kunjungan antenatal care.

Kesimpulan : Variabel dukungan suami dan dukungan tenaga Kesehatan menunjukan nilai yang bermakna sebagai faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan ibu hamil melakukan Antenatal Care.

Background : In the COVID-19 pandemic situation, there are many restrictions on almost all routine services including maternal and neonatal health services. For example, pregnant women don't go to the puskesmas or health service facilities to check their pregnancy. One impact of the low coverage of Anternatal Care can cause maternal and infant mortality. In this case, the achievement of the target indicators for the coverage of Antenatal Care services in the working area of the Bukit Rawi Health Center has decreased from the target number, it can be seen from the data that there is a decrease in the coverage of Antenatal Care services in the last three years.

Objective : To determine the factors that influence the compliance of third trimester pregnant women in carrying out Antenatal Care during the COVID-19 pandemic in the Bukit Rawi Health Center working area in 2022.

Methods : Analytical descriptive research with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all 35 pregnant women in the third trimester. Samples were taken by non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. Data analysis with Chi Square test (α<0.05), Continuity Correction and Fisher’s Exact Test.

Results : There is a relationship between hasband’s support with a value of p=0,044 and the support of health workers with a value of p=0,014 on the compliance of pregnant women with antenatal care visits. There is no relationship between age, education, occupation, parity, knowledge, attitudes, distance and use of information media with pregnant women's compliance with antenatal care visits.

Conclusion : The variables of husband’s support and health worker’s support showed a significant value as a factor influencing thecompliance of pregnant women in performing Antenatal Care.
