Abstract

Latar Belakang : Persentase pemberian ASI eksklusif pada bayi 0-6 bulan masih rendah padahal pemberian ASI dapat berkontribusi terhadap penurunan kesenjangan kematian anak dan ASI merupakan makanan bernutrisi dan berenergi tinggi, yang mudah untuk dicerna. Tujuan : Mengetahui faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Pemberian ASI Eksklusif di Kelurahan Rantau Kujang Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Jenamas. Metode : Metode penelitian adalah survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi kasus adalah sebanyak 140 orang dan sampel sebanyak 64 orang ibu yang memiliki bayi umur > 6 bulan – 12 bulan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dianalisis menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan uji Chi Square. Hasil : Hasil penelitian dengan distribusi frekuensi menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 40 orang (62,5%) tidak memberikan ASI Eksklusif, sebanyak 42 orang ibu (65,6%) berpengetahuan baik, sebanyak 45 orang ibu (70,3%) bersikap positif, sebanyak 45 orang ibu (70,3%) mendapat dukungan keluarga yang positif, sebanyak 39 orang ibu (60.9%) BBL Tidak beresiko (2500-4000 gram), sebanyak 36 orang ibu (56,3%) umur kehamilan kategori Tidak Beresiko (37-40 minggu), sebanyak 36 orang ibu (56,3%) mengkonsumsi rokok, sebanyak 32 orang ibu (50%) mengkonsumsi dan tidak mengkonsumsi Alkohol, sebanyak 35 orang ibu (54,7%) menggunakan kontrasepsi. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan (p.value=0,000<0,05), sikap (p.value=0,000<0,05), dukungan keluarga (p.value=0,000<0,05), motivasi (p.value=0,000<0,05), berat lahir bayi (p.value=0,000<0,05), umur kehamilan (p.value=0,000<0,05) dan konsumsi rokok (p.value=0,009<0,05) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pemberian ASI Eksklusif di Kelurahan Rantau Kujang Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Jenamas, sedangkan konsumsi alkohol (p.value=0,098>0,05) dan penggunaan kontrasepsi (p.value=0,195>0,05) tidak berpengaruh terhadap pemberian ASI Eksklusif di Kelurahan Rantau Kujang Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Jenamas. Kesimpulan : Pengetahuan, sikap, dukungan keluarga, motivasi, BBL, UK, konsumsi rokok berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pemberian ASI Eksklusif dengan nilai (p.value=0,000<0,05) sedangkan konsumsi alkohol dan penggunaan kontrasepsi tidak berpengaruh terhadap pemberian ASI Eksklusif. Background : The percentage of exclusive breastfeeding for infants 0-6 months is still low even though breastfeeding can contribute to reducing the child mortality gap and breast milk is a nutritious and high-energy food, which is easy to digest. Objective : To determine the factors that influence exclusive breastfeeding in Rantau Kujang Village, Jenamas Health Center Work Area. Methods : The research method is an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach. The case population was 140 people and a sample of 64 mothers who had babies aged > 6 months – 12 months using purposive sampling method. Collecting data using a questionnaire that was analyzed using a frequency distribution and Chi Square test. Results : The results showed that as many as 40 people (62.5%) did not give exclusive breastfeeding, as many as 42 mothers (65.6%) had good knowledge, as many as 45 mothers (70.3%) had a positive attitude, as many as 45 mothers (70.3%) received positive family support, as many as 39 mothers (60.9%) BBL Not at risk (2500-4000 grams), as many as 36 mothers (56.3%) gestational age category Not at risk (37-40 weeks), 36 mothers (56.3%) consumed cigarettes, 32 mothers (50%) consumed and did not consume alcohol, 35 mothers (54.7%) used contraception. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that knowledge (p.value=0.000<0.05), attitudes (p.value=0.000<0.05), family support (p.value=0.000<0.05), motivation (p.value =0.000<0.05), baby's birth weight (p.value=0.000<0.05), gestational age (p.value=0.000<0.05) and cigarette consumption (p.value=0.009<0.05) had a significant effect on exclusive breastfeeding in Rantau Kujang Village, Jenamas Health Center Work Area, while alcohol consumption (p.value=0.098>0.05) and contraceptive use (p.value=0.195>0.05) had no effect on exclusive breastfeeding in Rantau Kujang Village, Jenamas Health Center Working Area. Conclusion : Knowledge, attitude, family support, motivation, BBL, UK, cigarette consumption have a significant effect on exclusive breastfeeding, while alcohol consumption and contraceptive use have no effect on exclusive breastfeeding.
