Abstract

Latar Belakang : Ibu hamil dengan covid 19 memiliki risiko lebih tinggi untuk terjadinya penyakit berat, morbiditas dan mortalitas dibandingkan dengan populasi umum. Penularan Covid-19 pada ibu hamil sama dengan populasi umum, yaitu melalui droplet dan kontak. Mayoritas kasus didapatkan dalam kondisi asimptomatik (68.8%), kondisi berat ditemukan pada 10% kasus dimana semuanya membutuhkan perawatan intensif. Hasil penelitian juga mendapatkan 41.3% kasus dengan komorbid dimana paling banyak adalah obesitas dan hipertensi dalam kehamilan.

Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui hubungan usia Gestasi pada ibu hamil Covid 19 dengan luaran persalinan di RSUD Muara Teweh Kabupaten Barito Utara.

Metode : penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian observasional retrospektif dengan pendekatan studi Cross sectional. Besar sampel pada penelitian sebanyak 33 sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik porposive sampling. Dan uji yang digunakan adalah Uji Chi Square.

Hasil : Hasil analisis diperoleh nilai p value untuk variable usia ibu 0,701 (>a 0,05), komorbid nilai p value 0,007 (a<0,05), komplikasi nilai p value 0,004 (a<0,05), dan metode persalinan nilai p value 0,959 (a>0,05).

Kesimpulan : Ada hubungan antara usia gestasi, komorbid dan komplikasi dengan luaran persalinan di RSUD Muara Teweh Kabupaten Barito Utara.

Background : Pregnant women with COVID-19 have a higher risk of serious illness, morbidity and mortality compared to the general population. Transmission of Covid-19 in pregnant women is the same as in the general population, namely through droplets and contacts. The majority of cases were asymptomatic (68.8%), severe conditions were found in 10% of cases where all required intensive care. The results of the study also found 41.3% of cases with comorbidities where the most were obesity and hypertension in pregnancy.

Objective : To determine the relationship between gestational age in pregnant women with Covid 19 and delivery outcomes at Muara Teweh Hospital, North Barito Regency.

Methods : This research is a retrospective observational study with a cross sectional study approach. The sample size in the study was 33 samples. This study uses a proportional sampling technique. And the test used is the Chi Square Test.

Results : The results of the analysis obtained p value for the variable maternal age 0.701 (>a 0.05), comorbid p value 0.007 (a <0.05), complications p value 0.004 (a <0.05), and delivery method p value 0.959 (a> 0.05).

Conclusion : there is a relationship between gestational age, comorbidities and complications with delivery outcomes at Muara Teweh Hospital, North Barito Regency.
