Abstract

Latar Belakang : Ibu hamil menjadi salah satu kelompok yang sangat berisiko apabila terpapar COVID-19. Untuk melindungi ibu hamil dan bayinya dari infeksi COVID-19, Kementerian Kesehatan memastikan akan segera memberikan vaksin COVID-19 kepada ibu hamil. Data dari RSUD Sultan Imanuddin Pangkalanbun tahun 2021 didapat ibu hamil terkonfirmasi covid 19 yaitu 132 ibu. Ibu hamil dijadikan kelompok rentan berisiko terinfeksi Covid-19 disebabkan perubahan fisiologis pada masa kehamilan

Tujuan Penelitian : Mengetahui hubungan usia ibu hamil covid 19 dengan luaran persalinan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sultan Imanuddin Pangkalanbun

Metode Penelitian : Penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan case control dengan menggunakan pendekatan retrospective. Sampel Kasus dengan cara sampel jenuh sebanyak 66 responden sedangkan sampel Kontrol dengan menggunakan systematic random sampling sebanyak 66 responden. Variabel bebas adalah usia ibu, paritas, usia kehamilan, komorbid, komplikasi, berat badan dan metode Persalinan dan Variabel terikat adalah luaran persalinan. Analisis univariat menggunakan distribusi frekuensi. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji Chi Square.

Hasil : Menunjukkan bahwa dari 132 bayi mayoritas usia ibu tidak beresiko 71.2%, paritas aman 78.8%, usia kehamilan tidak beresiko 83.3%, komorbid tidak ada 77.3%, komplikasi tidak ada 67.4%, berat badan lahir tidak beresiko 75.0% dan metode persalinan SC 69.7%. Ada hubungan usia ibu hamil dengan p-value = 0,004 dengan OR = 3.46. Tidak ada hubungan paritas ibu dengan p-value = 0,831. Ada hubungan usia kehamilan dengan p-value=0,036 dengan OR=3,2. Ada hubungan komorbid dengan p-value=0,000 dengan OR=5,71. Ada hubungan komplikasi dengan p-value=0,000 dengan OR=4,70. Ada hubungan berat badan lahir dengan p-value=0,001 dengan OR=4,42. Tidak ada hubungan metode persalinan dengan p-value=0,850.

Saran: Ibu hamil memperhatikan kondisi kesehatan selama kehamilan agar proses persalinan berjalan dengan lancar

Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan usia ibu hamil, usia kehamilan, komorbid, komplikasi, berat badan lahir sedangkan tidak ada hubungan paritas dan metode persalinan dengan dengan luaran persalinan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Sultan Imanuddin Pangkalanbun

Background : Pregnant women are one of the groups who are very at risk when exposed to COVID-19. To protect pregnant women and their babies from COVID-19 infection, the Ministry of Health has ensured that it will immediately provide COVID-19 vaccines to pregnant women. Data from the Sultan Imanuddin Pangkalanbun Hospital in 2021 obtained pregnant women who were confirmed to be COVID-19, namely 132 mothers. Pregnant women are made a vulnerable group at risk of being infected with Covid-19 due to physiological changes during pregnancy Research Objectives: To determine the relationship between the age of pregnant women with COVID-19 and delivery outcomes at the Sultan Imanuddin Regional General Hospital Pangkalanbun in 2022.

Research Methods : Quantitative research with a case control design using a retrospective approach. The population is all babies born in January-December 2021 as many as 132 mothers. The case sample with saturated sample was 66 respondents while the control sample used systematic random sampling as many as 66 respondents. The independent variables were maternal age, parity, gestational age, comorbidities, complications, body weight and delivery method and the dependent variable was delivery outcomes. Univariate analysis using frequency distribution. Bivariate analysis using Chi Square test.

Results : It shows that from 132 babies the majority of maternal age is not at risk of 71.2%, safe parity is 78.8%, gestational age is not at risk 83.3%, komorbid is not present 77.3%, complications are not present 67.4%, birth weight is not at risk 75.0% and method of delivery is CS. 69.7%. There is a relationship between the age of pregnant women with p-value=0.004 with OR=3.46. There is no relationship between maternal parity and p-value=0.831. There is a relationship between gestational age with p-value=0.036 with OR=3.2. There is a comorbid relationship with p-value=0.000 with OR=5.71. There is a complication relationship with p-value=0.000 with OR=4.70. There is a relationship between birth weight and p-value=0.001 with OR=4.42. There is no relationship between delivery method with p-value=0.850.

Suggestion : pregnant women pay attention to health conditions during pregnancy so that the delivery process runs smoothly

Conclusion : There is a relationship between the age of pregnant women, gestational age, comorbidities, complications, birth weight while there is no relationship between parity and delivery method with delivery outcomes at the Sultan Imanuddin Regional General Hospital Pangkalanbun
