Abstract

Latar Belakang : Kehamilan merupakan satu hal yang diidamkan wanita, ketika mengetahui hamil akan merasa senang. Disaat yang bersamaan kehamilan bisa menjadi sumber stressor yang menimbulkan rasa cemas pada wanita hamil. Kecemasan dapat berdampak buruk terhadap kehamilannya. Kecemasan di masa pandemi meningkat dikarenakan takut tertular Covid-19 di pelayanan kesehatan terutama di Puskesmas. Pendidikan kesehatan tentang Covid-19 perlu dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang Covid-19 sehingga dapat mengurangi kecemasannya.

Tujuan : Menganalisis efektivitas pendidikan kesehatan tentang Covid- 19 terhadap kecemasan ibu hamil di Puskesmas Asam-asam Kecamatan Jorong Kabupaten Tanah Laut

Metode Penelitian : Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain Quasi Eksperimental pretest postest with control group design, jenis data primer dari hasil kuesioner . menggunakan skala tingkat kecemasan Perinatal Anxiety Screening Scale (PASS). Sampel sebanyak 40 ibu hamil dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu kelompok intervensi dengan metode ceramah sedangkan kelompok kontrol diberikan media leaflet

Hasil : Sebelum dan sesudah diberi intervensi terdapat perbedaan dari mean 38,65 menjadi 16 ,sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol dari mean 35,85 menjadi 22,4. sedangkan nilai P Value 0.000 sehingga terdapat perbedaan. kelompok kontrol nilai mean 13,15 sehingga terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan sedangkan efektivitas pendidikan kesehatan dengan metode ceramah nilai mean 16 dan metode media leaflet nilai mean 22,4 dengan perbedaan sebesar 0,16.

Kesimpulan : Efektivitas pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan metode ceramah tingkat kecemasan lebih baik dari pada menggunakan media leaflet.

Background : Pregnancy is one thing that women desire, so when they find out they are pregnant they will feel happy. However, at the same time pregnancy can be a source of stressors that can cause anxiety in the woman. Anxiety can have a negative impact on her pregnancy. Anxiety during the pandemic increases due to fear of contracting Covid-19 in health services, especially at Puskesmas. Health education about health protocols needs to be done to increase the knowledge of pregnant women about COVID-19 so that they can reduce their anxiety.

Objective : To analyze the effectiveness of health education on the COVID-19 Health Protocol on the anxiety level of pregnant women at the Asam-asam Health Center, Jorong District, Tanah Laut Regency.

Research Methods : Quantitative research with quasi-experimental design pretest posttest with control group design, with primary data type from questionnaire results. using the Perinatal Anxiety Screening Scale (PASS) anxiety level. The research sample was 40 pregnant women divided into two groups, namely the intervention group and the control group. In the intervention group with the lecture method while the control group was given leaflet media

Results : Before being given an intervention through lectures, the mean value was 38.65 in the intervention group and before giving the media leaflet the mean value was 35.85 in the control group so that there was no significant difference. control means 13.15 so that there is a significant difference while the effectiveness of health education with the lecture method means 16 and the media leaflet method has a mean value of 22.4 with a difference of -6.4 which means that health education using the lecture method has a lower level of anxiety than using leaflet media.

Conclusion : The effectiveness of health education using the lecture method has a lower level of anxiety than using leaflets
