Abstract

Pendahuluan : Profil Kesehatan Kota Palangka Raya (2020) menyebutkan bahwa jumlah bayi 0-6 bulan yang di berikan ASI Eksklusif masih dibawah target yaitu 80%. Untuk di Kecamatan Pahandut pada 3 Puskesmas dengan persentase pemberian ASI masih belum mencapai target terutama pada UPT Puskesmas Pahandut yaitu 8,0%, UPT Puskesmas Marina Permai 56,52%, dan UPT Puskesmas Panarung yaitu 43,75%.

Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui Gambaran Pengetahuan Ibu Nifas Tentang Pemberian ASI Eksklusif Pada Bayi Usia 0 – 6 Bulan di Puskesmas Pahandut Kota Palangka Raya.

Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan populasi penelitian adalah ibu nifas di Puskesmas Pahandut Kota Palangka Raya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 55 ibu nifas didapatkan dengan cara total sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat.

Hasil penelitian : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden yang memiliki pengetahuan baik tentang ASI Eksklusif sebanyak 16 responden (29,1%) dan responden yang memiliki pengetahuan cukup tentang Air Susu Ibu eksklusif sebanyak 28 responden (50,9%), usia rata rata responden adalah 20-35 (76,4%), mayoritas responden adalah multipara (58,2%), pendidikan terakhir adalah pendidikan menengah (56,4%), sebagian besar responden tidak bekerja (90,9%), pendapatan keluarga adalah mayoritas UMP (Rp. ≻2.922.516) dengan (50,9%), pada dukungan keluarga yang lebih banyak yaitu tidak mendukung (69,1%) dan dukungan tenaga kesehatan yang lebih banyak adalah mendukung (80,0%).

Kesimpulan : Sebaiknya petugas kesehatan terutama bidan bekerja sama dengan instansi kesehatan mengadakan penyuluhan dan konseling agar dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan informasi ibu tentang pentingnya manfaat pemberian ASI Eksklusif.

Introduction : According to Palangkaraya Health's profile (2020) less than 80% of babies between the ages of 0 and 16 months received exclusive breastfeeding. Three public health centers in the Pahandut District failed to meet the goal percentage for exclusive breastfeeding, particularly in Pahandut public health center with 8,0%, Marina Permai public health center with 56,52%, and Panarung public health center with 43,75%.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to gain an overview of postpartum mothers' knowledge regarding exclusive breastfeeding in babies aged 0 to 16 months at the Pahandut Public Health Center in Palangka Raya. The kind of research that used is descriptive, research population for this study included postpartum mothers at the Pahandut public health center in Palangka Raya. 55 postpartum mothers are the sample in this study, as determined using total sampling.

Research results : The type of data analysis utilized is univariate analysis. According to the results, there were 16 respondents (29,1%) who had good knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding, and there were 28 respondents (50,9%) who had enough knowledge, the average age of respondents was 20-35 (76.4%), the majority of respondents were multipara (58.2%), the last education was secondary education (56.4%), most of the respondents were not working (90.9%), family income was the majority of UMP (Rp. ≻2,922,516) with (50.9%), on more family support i.e. not supporting (69.1%) and more supportive health workers was supportive (80.0%).

Conclusion : This research suggests that health professionals, particularly midwives, should collaborate with health organizations to hold counseling sessions to enlighten mothers about the importance of exclusive breastfeeding.
