Abstract
Latar Belakang : Pemeriksaan kehamilan (Antenatal Care) adalah pemeriksaan kehamilan berupa penanganan medis, observasi dan penyuluhan kepada ibu yang sedang hamil bertujuan untuk memastikan ibu hamil menjalani kehamilan yang sehat dan mampu mempersiapkan persalinannya. Pemeriksaan Laboratorium merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk deteksi Dini mencegah kematian dan kesakitan ibu dan janin.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepatuhan ibu hamil trimester III di PMB Daspiah, S.Tr.Keb., Bdn. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 38 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling.
Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini ibu hamil trimester III yang melakukan pemeriksaan laboratorium. Kepatuhan pemeriksaan sebanyak 28 responden (74%) yang tidak patuh, pemeriksaan laboratorium sebanyak 24 responden (63%) yang melakukan pemeriksaan, umur 20-35 tahun sebanyak 31 responden (82%), pendidikan rendah (SD-SMP) sebanyak 19 responden (50%), pekerjaan IRT sebanyak 35 responden (92%), graviditas sebanyak 33 responden (86%), dan dukungan keluarga sebanyak 38 responden (100%).
Kesimpulan : Penelitian ini didapatkan ibu hamil yang tidak patuh dalam melakukan pemeriksaan laboratorium penunjang sebanyak 74% dari 38 responden.
Saran : Pelayanan kesehatan dalam hal ini PMB dapat memperkuat mutu pelayanan khusunya dalam KIE pada ibu sehingga dapat mendorong kepatuhan pada ibu hamil untuk melaksanakan pemeriksaan laboratorum penunjang.
Background : Antenatal care is an examination in the form of medical treatment, observation and counseling to pregnant women with the aim of ensuring that pregnant women undergo a healthy pregnancy and are able to prepare for childbirth. Laboratory examination is very important for early detection to prevent death and the mother and fetus.
This study aims to determine the compliance of third trimester pregnant women at PMB Daspiah, S.Tr.Keb., Bdn. This study uses a descriptive research method with a cross sectional approach. The sample of this study was 38 respondents with purposive sampling technique.
Result : Based on the results of this study, pregnant women in the third trimester carried out laboratory examinations. Compliance examination as many as 28 respondents (74%) who did not comply, laboratory examination as many as 24 respondents (63%) who carried out the examination, age 20-35 years as many as 31 respondents (82%), low education (SD-SMP) as many as 19 respondents (50%), household work as many as 35 respondents (92%), gravidity as many as 33 respondents (86%), and family support as many as 38 respondents (100%).
Conclusion : This study found that pregnant women who were not obedient in carrying out supporting laboratory examinations were 74% of 38 respondents.
Suggestion : Health services in this case PMB can strengthen the quality of services, especially in providing Communication, Information and Education (KIE) to mothers so that they can encourage compliance in pregnant women to carry out supporting laboratory tests.
