Abstract
Latar Belakang : Pelaksanaan posyandu menggunakan sistem 5 meja sehingga pada pelaksanaan kegiatan posyandu dibutuhkan minimal 5 kader. Setiap kader memiliki tugas dan tanggungjawab pada kegiatan posyandu. Keterampilan kader dalam melakukan penimbangan dan pengukuran sangat diperlukan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan posyandu. Keterampilan kader posyandu diantaranya meliputi kemampuan melakukan langkah-langkah penimbangan, dimana kader posandu biasanya melakukan kegiatan penimbangan belum sesuai dengan tahapan pengukuran antropometri. Kegiatan antropometri pada balita sangat memerlukan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang khusus. Keterampilan dan pengetahuan dapat diperoleh melalui proses belajar/pelatihan.
Tujuan : Mengetahui pengaruh media video terhadap pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader posyandu tentang cara pengukuran antropometri di wilayah UPTD Puskesmas Unsum Kabupaten Barito Timur.
Metode : Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian quasi experiment dengan one grup pre and postest. Pengukuran data penelitian ini dilakukan dua kali yaitu sebelum dan sesudah diberikan media video. Populasi dalam penelitian ini semua kader yang berasal dari 10 Posyandu yang berada di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Unsum Kabupaten Barito Timur yang berjumlah 90 orang kader. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode rumus Lemeshow (1997). Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat (Uji wilcoxon test).
Hasil : Berdasarkan karakteristik kader terdapat 65 responden dengan kelompok usia 29-51 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh penyuluhan dengan media video terhadap pengetahuan (ρ=0,000) dan keterampilan (ρ=0,000).
Kesimpulan : Terdapat pengaruh pemberian penyuluhan dengan media video terhadap pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader posyandu.
Background : The implementation of posyandu uses system 5 so that the implementation of posyandu activities requires a minimum of 5 cadres. Each cadre has duties and activities at the posyandu. The skills of cadres in weighing and measuring are very necessary in the implementation of posyandu activities. Posyandu cadre skills include the ability to carry out weighing steps, where posandu cadres usually carry out weighing activities that are not in accordance with the anthropometric measurement stages. Anthropometric activities in toddlers require special knowledge and skills. Skills and knowledge acquired through the learning/training process.
Objective : To determine the effect of video media on the knowledge and skills of posyandu cadres on how to measure anthropometry in the UPTD area of the Unsum Public Health Center, East Barito Regency.
Methods : The research design used was a quasi-experimental research design with one group pre and posttest. This research data was carried out twice, namely before and before being given video media. The population in this study were all cadres from 10 Posyandu in the working area of UPTD Puskesmas Unsum, East Barito Regency which collected 90 cadres. Sampling using the Lemeshow formula method (1997). Data analysis was performed by univariate and bivariate (Wilcoxon test).
Results : Based on the characteristics of cadres, there were 65 respondents in the age group of 29-51 years. The results showed that there was an effect of counseling with video media on knowledge (ρ=0.000) and skills (ρ=0.000).
Conclusion : There is an effect of providing counseling with video media on the knowledge and skills of posyandu cadres.
