Abstract

COVID-19 adalah virus yang di temukan di Wuhan, China. Virus ini mengakibatkan pergerakan sangat terbatas untuk memutus mata rantai penyebaran COVID-19. Sehingga mempengaruhi program pelayanan kesehatan pada ibu hamil yang seharus mendapatkan minimal pemeriksaan ANC yaitu sebanyak 4 kali selama kehamilan. Trimester pertama (usia kehamlan 0-12 minggu) satu kali pemeriksaan, trimester kedua (usia kehamilan 12-24 minggu) satu kali pemeriksaan dan trimester ketiga (usia kehamilan 24 minggu hingga menjelang persalinan).

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kunjungan antenatal care pada masa pandemic COVID-19 di PMB S Kota Palangka Raya.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 222 orang ibu hamil consecutive sampling. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan onsecutive sampling dan jenis data menggunakandata sekunder. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis univariate.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 142 (64%) orang yang melakukan kunjungan ANC lengkap , kemudian sebanyak 80 (36%) orang yang tidak melakukan kunjungan ANC lengkap.

Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah mayoritas ibu hamil sudah melakukan ANC lengkap meskipun selama masa pandemic COVID-19 masih terdapat ibu hamil yang kunjungannya tidak lengkap.

COVID-19 is a virus that was discovered in Wuhan, China. This virus has resulted in very limited movement to break the chain of the spread of COVID-19. So that it affects the health service program for pregnant women who must get a minimum of 4 ANC examinations during pregnancy. The first trimester (0-12 weeks of gestation) is one examination, the second trimester (12-24 weeks of gestation) is one examination and the third trimester (24 weeks of gestation until delivery).

This study aims to determine the description of antenatal care visits during the COVID-19 pandemic at PMB S, Palangka Raya City.

This study used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, the number of samples in this study was 222 consecutive sampling pregnant women. Data collection techniques using secondary data. Analysis of the data used is univariate analysis.

The results showed that there were 142 (64%) people who did complete ANC visits, then 80 (36%) people did not complete ANC visits.

The conclusion of this study is that the majority of pregnant women have done a complete ANC even though during the COVID-19 pandemic there were still pregnant women whose visits were incomplete.
