Abstract
Abstrak - Latar Belakang : Gizi ibu hamil merupakan nutrisi yang diperlukan dalam jumlah yang banyak untuk pemenuhan gizi ibu sendiri dan perkembangan janin yang dikandungnya. Kekurangan energi kronis pada ibu hamil mempunyai resiko kematian ibu mendadak pada masa perinatal atau resiko melahirkan bayi dengan berat badan lahir rendah (BBLR). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan dan karakteristik ibu hamil KEK di Puskesmas Menteng.
Tujuan : Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk Mengetahuai gambaran pengetahuan, dan karakteristik ibu hamil kekurangan energi kronis di puskesmas Menteng.
Metode : Jenis penelitian deskriptif, menggunakan instrument pita Lingkar Lengan Atas (LILA) , pengukur tinggi badan, timbangan, easy toch GHB dan kuesioner berupa pertanyaan tertulis yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data.
Hasil : Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 47 responden, ada 18 orang (38,3%) yang mengalami KEK dan 29 orang (61,7%) yang tidak mengalami KEK. Mayoritas pengetahuan cukup sebanyak 25 responden (53,2%). IMT <18,5 kg/m2 sebanyak 16 responden (34%). Ukuran LiLA <23,5 cm sebanyak 18 responden (38,3%). Responden terbanyak dengan usia 20-35 tahun, jarak kelahiran <2 tahun, multipara, pendidikan SMA, IRT, pendapatan ≥3.226.753-,00.
Kesimpulan : Gambaran Tingkat Pengetahuan dan Karakteristik Ibu Hamil Kekurangan Energi Kronis di Puskesmas Menteng mayoritas memiliki pengetahuan cukup, usia 20-35 tahun, <2 tahun, multipara, SMA, IRT, ≥3.226.753-,00.

Abstract - Background : Nutrition for pregnant women is the nutrition needed in large quantities to fulfill the nutrition needs of the mother herself and the development of the fetus she contains. Chronic energy deficiency in pregnant women has a risk of sudden maternal death during the perinatal period or the risk of giving birth to a baby with low birth weight (LBW). This study aims to determine the level of knowledge and characteristics of pregnant women with CED at the Menteng Health Center.
Objective : This research was conducted to find out the description of knowledge and the characteristics of chronically energy-deficient pregnant women at the Menteng Health Center.
Methods : This type of research is descriptive, using the Upper Arm Circumference (LILA) instrument, measuring height, using scales, easy-touch GHB, and questionnaires in the form of written questions to obtain data.
Results : This study shows that out of 47 respondents, there were 18 people (38.3%) who experienced CED and 29 people (61.7%) who did not experience CED. As many as 25 respondents (53.2%) had sufficient knowledge. BMI < 18.5 kg/m2 in as many as 16 respondents (34%). LiLA size 23.5 cm, as many as 18 respondents (38.3%). Most respondents were aged 20–35 years, birth spacing 2 years, multipara, high school education, IRT, and income 3,226,753–.00.
Conclusions and Suggetions : Description of the Knowledge Level and Characteristics of Pregnant Women with Chronic Energy Deficiency at the Menteng Health Center: The majority have sufficient knowledge, age 20–35 years, <2 years, multipara, high school, IRT,≥ 3,226,753–.00.
