Abstract

Air Susu Ibu (ASI) Eksklusif adalah pemberian ASI dimulai sejak bayi lahir sampai usia 6 bulan tanpa tambahan makanan dan minuman seperti susu formula, jeruk, madu, air gula, air putih, air teh, pisang, bubur, susu, biscuit, nasi dan nasi tim. Kendala ibu tidak menyusui bayinya pada hari pertama karena adanya ketakutan ibu yang tidak memiliki cukup ASI, putting rata, payudara bengkak, abses pada payudara, putting lecet atau pecah-pecah. Untuk mengatasi ASI yang keluar tidak lancar, bisa dilakukan pijat oksitosin yang berfungsi untuk refleks let down dan memberikan kenyamanan pada ibu, mengurangi bengkak pada payudara, mengurangi sumbatan ASI. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pijat oksitosin terhadap pengeluaran ASI pada ibu nifas di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sebabi Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pra eksperiment dengan rancangan one group pre dan post test. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu pasien 6 jam post partum dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 33 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Rata-rata pengeluaran ASI 6 jam postpartum sebelum diberikan tindakan pijat oksitosin adalah 2,52 ml, sedangkan rata-rata produksi ASI setelah tindakan pijat oksitosin adalah 54,18ml. Berdasarkan uji Wilcoxon terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada pengeluaran ASI ibu post partum sebelum dan setelah dilakukan pijat oksitosin dengan nilai p value (0,000). Simpulan penelitian adalah ada pengaruh pijat oksitosin terhadap pengeluaran ASI di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sebabi Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur.

Obstacles of mothers not breastfeeding their babies on the first day because of fears of mothers not having enough milk, flat nipples, swollen breasts, abscesses in the breast, cracked or cracked nipples. To deal with breast milk that doesn't come out smoothly, you can do oxytocin massage which functions to let down reflex and provide comfort to the mother, reduce swelling in the breast, reduce milk blockage. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of oxytocin massage on milk production in postpartum mothers in the working area of the health center of health care, Kotawaringin Timur district. This research is a pre-experimental study with one group pre and post test design. The population of this study were patients 6 hours post partum with a total sample of 33 people using purposive sampling technique. The average milk expenditure 6 hours postpartum before being given an oxytocin massage was 2.52 ml, while the average milk production after an oxytocin massage was 54.18 ml. Based on the Wilcoxon test, there was a significant difference in post partum mothers' milk production before and after oxytocin massage with a p value (0.000). The conclusion of the study is that there is an effect of oxytocin massage on breastfeeding expenditure in the working area of the health center of health care, East Kotawaringin Regency.
