Background:. Method: this research is an analytical research using Quasi-Experimental design (one group pre test and post test). Assistance was carried out with KEDECEO on adolescents totaling 70 people who came from by means of purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out univariately to see the characteristics of respondents and bivariate analysis using the Paired T Test.
Results: : Based on the results of univariate analysis, it was found that anemia before accompaniment amounted to 60 people (85.7%) and after accompaniment 12 people (17.1%), it was found that the mean 15,48 years and minimal 14 years and maksimal 17 years, regular eating patterns 48 people (68.6%), menstrual duration 3-7 days 58 people (82.9%), most suffered from infections 53 people (75.7%), with knowledge before KEDECEO assistance 41 people (58.6%) in the category of high knowledge and after KEDECEO assistance 65 people (92.9%) in the same category and the behavior of taking blood added tablets regularly 40 people (57.1%). There is an effect of KEDECEO assistance on increasing HB levels in adolescents compared to those who are not mentored.
Conclusion: The behavior of taking blood added tablets (TTD) teenagers is more regular. Some factors associated with the incidence of anemia in adolescents include age and behavior of taking blood-added tablets and there are differences in the average (mean) Hb levels before and after mentoring
