kesehatan bayinya sangat diperlukan, salah satu faktor yang dapat menentukan perilaku tentang kesehatan seseorang adalah pengetahuan dan sikap, semakin tinggi pengetahuan dan sikap yang dimiliki seseorang, maka semakin dapat ia
memanfaatkan kemampuan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberian Booklet Digital melalui Whatsapp group terhadap pengetahuan pola makan dan sikap ibu hamil dalam pencegahan kejadian BBLR
di Puskesmas Kereng Bangkirai. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah preeksperimental dengan desain penelitian One Grup Pre-Post Test dengan subjek sebanyak 32 orang ibu hamil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa umur responden yang ikut dalam penelitian ini lebih banyak berumur 17-25 tahun. Hasil uji paired test diketahui bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pengetahuan pola makan dan uji Mc Nemar diketahui bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap sikap sebelum dan sesudah pemberian booklet digital melalui
Whatsapp group (p= 0,000) .

An appropriate and adequate provision of complementary feeding (MP-ASI) is intended for the optimal nutritional needs of the children so that in the future, it will not cause failure in the children's growth. A good mother's knowledge will affect the mother's practice of giving MP-ASI to the baby. The better the comprehension a mother has, the better the nutritional status will be. This study aims to determine the effect of nutrition education through whatsapp groups on the comprehension and implementation of giving MP-ASI to mothers with toddlers in the Pahandut Health Center working area. The type of research used was pre�experimental with a one-group pre-test and post-test design. The sample of this study consisted of mothers who had toddlers aged 6–12 months. As many as 38 people used the purposive sampling technique. The characteristics of mothers with
are that most of the mothers are in the age range of 17–25 (50%), 60.5% of the education level of the mothers is graduated from SMA/MA/Higher Education, and mothers with the type of work as a housewife (86,6%). The percentage of mothers' comprehension before being given the education was 68.5% in the less category, and after being given the nutrition education, it was 92.1% in the excellent
category. Mother's implementation before being given the nutrition education was 89.5% of the category and was not included as appropriate; after the education is given, the result is 92.1% of the category and is included asappropriate. The results showed that there was an effect on the mothers’ knowledge before and after nutrition education through the whatsapp group (p=0.000), and there was an influence on the implementation of mothers with toddlers in giving MP-ASI before and after nutrition education through the whatsapp group (p=0.000).
