Abstract

Remaja merupakan orang tua masa depan, oleh sebab itu perlu dipersiapkan secara fisik maupun pengetahuan mengenai tumbuh kembang balita. Salah satu upaya penting dalam penanggulangan masalah gizi adalah melalui gerakan 1000 HPK atau 1000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan, baik melalui kegiatan intervensi spesifik oleh sektor kesehatan maupun melalui kegiatan intervensi oleh sektor non kesehatan. Remaja merupakan orang tua masa depan, oleh sebab itu perlu dipersiapkan secara fisik maupun pengetahuan mengenai tumbuh kembang balita. Salah satu upaya penting dalam penanggulangan masalah gizi adalah melalui gerakan 1000 HPK atau 1000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan, baik melalui kegiatan intervensi spesifik oleh sector kesehatan maupun melalui kegiatan intervensi oleh sektor non kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Edukasi Gizi 1000 HPK Menggunakan E-book Terhadap Pengetahuan dan Sikap Di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangka Raya. Jenis penelitian ini penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian quasy eksperimental design dengan one group pre-test post-test design. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji McNemar. Remaja putri dari kelas 12 IPA dan 12 IPS seluruhnya berusia 17 tahun dan total responden adalah 25 remaja. Hasil uji statistik untuk nilai pengetahuan dan sikap responden diperoleh P=0,000 yang menunjukan adanya pengaruh pemberian media E-book terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap tentang 1000 HPK di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangka Raya.

One important effort in overcoming nutritional problems is through the 1000 HPK movement or the First 1000 Days of Life, both through specific intervention activities by the health sector and through intervention activities by the non-health sector. This research aims to determine the effect of 1000 HPK nutrition education using e-books on knowledge and attitudes at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangka Raya. This type of research is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental research design with a one group pre-test post-test design. Data analysis was carried out using the McNemar test. The young women from class 12 science and 12 social studies are all 17 years old and the total number of respondents is 25 teenagers. The statistical test results for the respondents' knowledge and attitude values ​​were obtained at P=0.000, which shows that there is an influence of providing E-book media on knowledge and attitudes about 1000 HPK at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangka Raya.
