Abstract

Latar Belakang : Dari studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan di Puskesmas Pahandut, tercatan K6 bulan Januari-Desember 2022 sebanyak 332 orang, sedangkan pada Januari -November 297 orang. Jumlah kunjungan K6 di harapkan bertambah dari tahun sebelumnya. Namun jumlah kunjungan K6 mengalami penurunan 35 ibu hamil. Data ini di peroleh dari hasil wawancara dan data bulanan di Puskesmas Pahandut Kota Palangka Raya 2023. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Gambaran Pengetahuan Ibu Hamil dan Dukungan Suami Terhadap Kepatuhan Antenatal Care Di Puskesmas Pahandut Kota Palangka Raya. Metode : penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data primer di Puskesmas Pahandut Kota Palangka Raya. Intrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kuesioner. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 88 responden ibu hamil trimester III (K6) yang melakukan kunjungan ANC. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 88 responden, yang patuh dalam melakukan kunjungan ANC di Puskesmas Pahandut Kota Palangka Raya adalah dengan sebagian besar berpengetahuan baik 36 Responden ( 40,9%), mendapatakan dukungan suami 65 responden ( 73,9%), usia 20-35 tahun sebanyak 58 responden (65,9%), pendidikan tamat SMA sebanyak 36 responden (40,9%), status tidak bekerja sebanyak 55 responden (62,5%), status ekonomi menengah UMR sebanyak 42 responden (47,7%), ibu dengan multipara sebanyak 44 responden (27,7%), jarak rumah sedang sebanyak 37 responden (42%). Kesimpulan : Berdasarakan hasil penelitian Mayoritas ibu yang memiliki pengetahuan baik dan patuh melakukan kunjungan antenatal care (ANC) sebanyak 36 responden ( 40,9%), dan ibu yang mendapatakan dukungan suami dan patuh melakukan kunjungan antenatal care (ANC) sebanyak 65 responden ( 73,9%). Kata Kunci : Pengetahuan, Dukungan Suami, Kepatuhan ANC, Ibu Hamil ABSTRACT Background: From a preliminary study conducted at the Pahandut Community Health Center, K6 recorded in January-December 2022 were 332 people, while in January-November there were 297 people. The number of K6 visits is expected to increase from the previous year. However, the number of K6 visits decreased by 35 pregnant women. This data was obtained from interviews and monthly data at the Pahandut Health Center, Palangka Raya City, 2023. Objective: This study aims to determine the description of pregnant women's knowledge and husband's support for compliance with antenatal care at the Pahandut Health Center, Palangka Raya City. Method: This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach with primary data at the Pahandut Community Health Center, Palangka Raya City. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. The number of samples in this study was 88 respondents from third trimester (K6) pregnant women who visited ANC. Research Results: The results of this research show that of the 88 respondents, those who complied with ANC visits at the Pahandut Community Health Center, Palangka Raya City, were mostly well-informed, 36 respondents (40.9%), received support from their husbands, 65 respondents (73.9%) , aged 20-35 years as many as 58 respondents (65.9%), education completed high school as many as 36 respondents (40.9%), unemployed status as many as 55 respondents (62.5%), middle economic status minimum wage as many as 42 respondents ( 47.7%), multiparous mothers were 44 respondents (27.7%), 37 respondents (42%) had a moderate distance from home. Conclusion: Based on the research results, the majority of mothers who have good knowledge and are obedient to attending antenatal care (ANC) visits are 36 respondents (40.9%), and mothers who receive support from their husbands and are obedient to attending antenatal care (ANC) visits are 65 respondents (73 .9%).
