Abstract
Hasil wawancara dengan 10 orang Ibu yang berada di wilayah kerja UPT Puskesmas Sei Tatas didapatkan 7 orang (70%) mengatakan mereka kurang peduli (sikap negatif) dengan informasi yang diberikan terhadap berbagai jenis metode kontrasepsi dan 3 orang (30%) mengatakan bahwa mereka belum memahami tentang kontrasepsi MKJP. Observasi peneliti juga mendapatkan 10 orang ibu hanya 2 orang yang menggunakan MKJP (1 orang menggunakan IUD dan 1 orang menggunakan Implan), sedangkan 8 orang ibu tidak menggunakan MKJP (4 orang menggunakan KB suntik dan 4 orang menggunakan pil KB). Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dukungan suami, pengetahuan dan sikap ibu pasangan usia subur terhadap pemilihan metode kontrasepsi di wilayah kerja UPT Puskesmas Sei Tatas. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian observsional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling dan memperoleh sampel sebanyak 107 sampel. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang sudah dilakukan uji validitas dan reabilitas. Analisa menggunakan uji statistic Chi Square dengan α < 0,05. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan ada hubungan signifikan dukungan suami (p=0.000), pengetahuan ibu (p=0,021) dan sikap (p=0,000) terhadap pemilihan metode kontrasepsi di wilayah UPT Puskesmas Sei Tatas. Diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan informasi bagi UPT Puskesmas Sei Tatas untuk meningkatkan penggunaan MKJP pada wanita PUS. 93 Halaman, 2023, 14 Tabel, 3 Gambar (2024) Kata Kunci: Dukungan Suami, Pengetahuan, Sikap, Pemilihan Metode Kontrasepsi RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN HUSBAND'S SUPPORT, KNOWLEDGE AND MOTHER'S ATTITUDE TOWARDS CONTRACEPTION METHODS SELECTION IN WORK AREA OF SEI TATAS COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER PULAU PETAK DISTRICT, KAPUAS REGENCY IN 2023 Abstract The results of interviews with 10 mothers in the work area of Sei Tatas Health Center showed that 7 people (70%) said they were less concerned (negative attitude) with the information provided on various types of contraceptive methods and 3 people (30%) said that they did not understand about MKJP contraception. The researcher's observation also found that out of 10 mothers, only 2 used MKJP (1 person used IUD and 1 person used Implant), while 8 mothers did not use MKJP (4 people used injectable contraception and 4 people used birth control pills). The purpose of this study was to determine the support of husbands, knowledge and attitudes of mothers of fertile age couples towards the choice of contraceptive methods in the work area of the Sei Tatas Health Center UPT. The type of research used was observational research with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique used consecutive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 107 samples. The instrument used was a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Analysis using the Chi Square statistical test with α <0.05. The results of the bivariate analysis showed a significant relationship between husband's support (p = 0.000), mother's knowledge (p = 0.021) and attitude (p = 0.000) towards the choice of contraceptive methods in the Sei Tatas Health Center UPT area. It is expected that the results of this study can be used as information for the Sei Tatas Health Center UPT to increase the use of MKJP in PUS women.
