Abstract

Latar Belakang : Pelayanan kesehatan maternal dan neonatal merupakan salah satu unsur penentu status kesehatan masyarakat terutama ibu dan anak. Kematian maternal merupakan masalah kesehatan global yang menjadi indikator penting dalam keberhasilan program kesehatan ibu sekaligus salah satu indikator dalam menggambarkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat. Salah satu rencana strategis Program Kesehatan Masyarakat Kementerian Kesehatan Tahun 2020-2024 yaitu persentase ibu hamil yang melakukan persalinan di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan sebagai upaya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan ibu bersalin. Tujuan : Mengetahui Analisis Faktor Pemanfaatan Persalinan Pada Ibu Hamil di Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tampang Tumbang Anjir Kabupaten Gunung Mas. Metode : Menggunakan metode survei analitik dengan desain Cross Sectional, jumlah sampel penelitian ini 127 responden, dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil : Mayoritas pengetahuan responden baik (42,5%), sikap positif (85,0%), umur 20-35 tahun (73,2%), pendidikan tinggi (70,9%), status pekerjaan bekerja (56,7%), dukungan suami mendukung (85,2 %), jarak tempuh atau akses ke fasilitas kesehatan mudah (55,1%), pemanfaatan fasilitas kesehatan memanfaatkan (72,4%). Kesimpulan : Ada hubungan antara pengetahuan ibu (p=0,000), ada hubungan antara sikap ibu (p=0,000), ada hubungan antara umur ibu (p=0,038), ada hubungan antara pendidikan ibu (p=0,003), ada hubungan antara pekerjaan ibu (p=0,000), ada hubungan antara dukungan suami (p=0,001), ada hubungan antara jarak/akses ke faskes (0,035) terhadap pemanfatan fasilitas kesehatan.

Background: Maternal and neonatal health services are one of the elements that determine the health status of the community, especially mothers and children. Maternal mortality is a global health problem which is an important indicator in the success of maternal health programs as well as an indicator in describing the level of public health. One of the strategic plans for the Ministry of Health's Public Health Program for 2020-2024 is the percentage of pregnant women who give birth in health service facilities as an effort to improve the quality of maternal health services. Objective: To determine the factor analysis of delivery utilization for pregnant women in health service facilities in the working area of Tampang Tumbang Anjir Community Health Center, Gunung Mas Regency. Method: Using an analytical survey method with a cross sectional design, the total sample for this study was 127 respondents, with a purposive sampling method. Results: The majority of respondents' knowledge was good (42.5%), positive attitude (85.0%), age 20-35 years (73.2%), higher education (70.9%), employment status (56.7%). %), husband's support is supportive (85.2%), distance to travel or access to health facilities is easy (55.1%), utilization of health facilities is beneficial (72.4%). Conclusion: There is a relationship between mother's knowledge (p=0.000), there is a relationship between mother's attitude (p=0.000), there is a relationship between mother's age (p=0.038), there is a relationship between mother's education (p=0.003), there is a relationship between employment mother (p=0.000), there is a relationship between husband's support (p=0.001), there is a relationship between distance/access to health facilities (0.035) and utilization of health facilities.
