Abstract

Latar Belakang : Intracerebral Hemorrhage (ICH) merupakan kondisi perdarahan di dalam jaringan otak yang dapat menyebabkan penurunan kesadaran, gangguan neurologis, serta berisiko menimbulkan kecacatan maupun kematian. Pasien dengan ICH memerlukan asuhan keperawatan yang komprehensif untuk mencegah komplikasi dan meningkatkan pemulihan kondisi pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan penerapan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien dengan Intracerebral Hemorrhage di RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangka Raya. Tujuan Penelitian : Untuk Mengetahui gambaran proses keperawatan yang meliputi pengkajian, diagnosis keperawatan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pada pasien dengan Intracerebral Hemorrhage (ICH) di RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangka Raya. Metode Penelitian : Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus deskriptif dengan pendekatan proses keperawatan yang meliputi pengkajian, diagnosa keperawatan, intervensi, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Subjek penelitian adalah pasien dengan diagnosis medis Intracerebral Hemorrhage yang dirawat di ruang perawatan. Fokus asuhan keperawatan meliputi pemantauan status neurologis, manajemen perfusi serebral, pemenuhan kebutuhan oksigenasi, serta pencegahan komplikasi imobilisasi. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa setelah dilakukan asuhan keperawatan secara komprehensif terjadi perbaikan kondisi pasien, ditandai dengan peningkatan tingkat kesadaran, stabilisasi tanda-tanda vital, serta penurunan risiko komplikasi. Kesimpulan : Penerapan asuhan keperawatan yang tepat dan berkesinambungan sangat berperan dalam membantu proses pemulihan pasien dengan Intracerebral Hemorrhage. Diharapkan perawat dapat terus meningkatkan kualitas asuhan keperawatan pada pasien ICH secara optimal. Background: Intracerebral Hemorrhage (ICH) is a condition of bleeding within brain tissue that can cause decreased consciousness, neurological impairment, and a high risk of disability and death. Patients with ICH require comprehensive nursing care to prevent complications and improve recovery. This study aimed to describe the implementation of nursing care for patients with Intracerebral Hemorrhage at dr. Doris Sylvanus Regional Hospital, Palangka Raya. Objective: To identify the description of the nursing process, including assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation in patients with Intracerebral Hemorrhage (ICH) at dr. Doris Sylvanus Regional Hospital, Palangka Raya. Methods: This study used a descriptive case study design with a nursing process approach including assessment, nursing diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects were patients diagnosed with Intracerebral Hemorrhage who were hospitalized. The focus of nursing care included monitoring neurological status, managing cerebral perfusion, fulfilling oxygenation needs, and preventing complications of immobility. Results: The study showed that after comprehensive nursing care was provided, there was an improvement in the patient’s condition, indicated by increased level of consciousness, stabilization of vital signs, and a reduced risk of complications. Conclusion: The implementation of appropriate and continuous nursing care plays an important role in supporting the recovery of patients with Intracerebral Hemorrhage. Nurses are expected to continuously improve the quality of nursing care for ICH patients. Keywords: Intracerebral Hemorrhage, Nursing Care, Nursing Process, Neurological Status, Cerebral Perfusion.
