Abstract

Latar belakang :Pneumonia adalah salah satu penyakit menular yang merupakan penyebab utama kematian pada anak-anak di dunia. Imunisasi PCV (Pnemococcal Conjugate Vaccine) merupakan vaksin untuk mencegah penyakit Pneumonia atau radang paru-paru pada bayi. di Puskesmas Kayon dari 10 ibu yang memiliki bayi usia 1 tahun sudah mendapatkan vaksin PCV pada anaknya sebanyak 4 anak dan yang belum pernah mendapatkan imunisasi PCV sebanyak 6 anak. Tujuan penelitian : untuk mengetahui faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi pemberian Imunisasi Pnemocuccal Conjugate Vaccine (PCV) Di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskemas Kayon Metode penelitian : Desain penelitian dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian dilaksanakan di UPTD Puskesmas Kayon dengan jumlah sampel 96 responden. Hasil : sebagian besar usia responden pada kategori tidak berisiko yaitu 73 (76%), tingkat pendidikan sebagian besar tinggi yaitu 74 (56,9%), status pekerjaan sebagian besar bekerja yaitu 53 (55,2%), paritas sebagian besar rendah yaitu 84 (87,5%), pengetahuan sebagian besar baik yaitu 78 (81,3%) dan imunisasi PCV sebagian besar tidak mendapatkan imunisasi PCV yaitu 53 (55,2%). Hasil uji chi-square ada hubungan antara Pendidikan, pekerjaan dan pengetahuan. Dan pada hasil uji Chi-squere tidak ada hubungan antara usia dan paritas ibu di UPTD Puskesmas Kayon Kota Palangka Raya Kesimpulan : Hasil uji chi-square ada hubungan antara Pendidikan, pekerjaan dan pengetahuan. Tidak ada hubungan antara usia dan paritas ibu di UPTD Puskesmas Kayon Kota Palangka Raya

Background : Pneumonia is an infectious disease which is the main cause of death in children in the world. PCV (Pnemococcal Conjugate Vaccine) immunization is a vaccine to prevent pneumonia or pneumonia in babies. At the Kayon Community Health Center, out of 10 mothers who have babies aged 1 year, 4 children have received the PCV vaccine and 6 children have never received PCV immunization. Research objective: to determine the factors that influence the provision of Pnemocuccal Conjugate Vaccine (PCV) Immunization in the UPTD Working Area of the Kayon Community Health Center Research method: Research design with a cross sectional approach. The research was carried out at the UPTD of the Kayon Community Health Center with a sample size of 96 respondents. Results: most of the respondents' age was in the no-risk category, namely 73 (76%), the education level was mostly high, namely 74 (56.9%), the employment status of the majority was working, namely 53 (55.2%), the parity was mostly low, namely 84 (87.5%), mostly good knowledge, namely 78 (81.3%) and PCV immunization, the majority did not receive PCV immunization, namely 53 (55.2%). The chi-square test results show a relationship between education, employment and knowledge. And in the Chi-square test results there is no relationship between age and maternal parity in the UPTD of the Kayon Health Center, Palangka Raya City. Conclusion: The results of the chi-square test show a relationship between education, work and knowledge. There is no relationship between age and maternal parity in the UPTD of the Kayon Health Center, Palangka Raya City
