Abstract
Latar Belakang : Adapun salah satu masalah dalam nifas yaitu luka perineum. Luka Perineum adalah cidera pada perineum yang disebabkan oleh robekan jalan lahir akibat episiotomi atau ruptur saat proses persalinan secara spontan maupun akibat dilakukan tindakan seperti forceps dan vakum ekstraksi. Dampak keterlambatan penyembuhan luka perineum yang pertama adalah terjadinya infeksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsumsi telur ayam ras rebus terhadap lama penyembuhan luka perineum derajat II pada ibu nifas di wilayah kerja puskesmas cempaka mulia kabupaten kotawaringin timur. Metode : Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian Quasi Eksperimental Design. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 22 responden, yang terbagi menjadi kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil : Rerata penyembuhan luka perineum sebelum mengkonsumsi telur ayam ras rebus pada kelompok intervensi berdasarkan Lama waktu penyembuhan memeperoleh Mean 6.18, Min-Max 5-7 dan Standar Deviasi 0.874. Sedangkan pada kelompok Kontrol memperoleh Mean 7.73 Min-Max 6-9 dan Standar Deviasi 1.009. Rerata penyembuhan luka perineum setelah mengkonsumsi telur ayam ras rebus pada kelompok intervensi berdasarkan Lama waktu penyembuhan memeperoleh Mean 3.45 , Min-Max 3-4 dan Standar Deviasi 0.522. Sedangkan pada kelompok Kontrol yang tidak mengkonsumsi telur ayam ras rebus memperoleh Mean 6.64 Min-Max 5-8 dan Standar Deviasi 0.924. Dari hasil rerata yang didapatkan peneliti dari kelompok intervensi dan Kontrol terdapat selisih nilai rerata sebanyak 3.19 hari. Maka ada pengaruh terhadap pemberian telur ayam ras rebus terhadap lama penyembuhan luka perineum derajat II pada ibu nifas di Puskesmas Cempaka Mulia Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur. Kesimpulan : Ada pengaruh terhadap pemberian telur ayam ras rebus terhadap lama penyembuhan luka perineum derajat II pada ibu nifas di Puskesmas Cempaka Mulia Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur. Saran : Diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi ibu nifas untuk mencegah infeksi yang terjadi pada luka perineum dengan mengkonsumsi telur ayam ras rebus terhadap lama penyembuhan luka perineum derajat II pada ibu nifas.
Background: One of the problems in puerperium is perineal wounds. Perineal injury is an injury to the perineum caused by a tear in the birth canal due to an episiotomy or rupture during spontaneous delivery or due to actions such as forceps and vacuum extraction. The first impact of delayed healing of perineal wounds is the occurrence of infection.This study was conducted to determine the effect of the consumption of boiled purebred chicken eggs on the healing time of second-degree perineal wounds in postpartum mothers in the working area of the Cempaka Mulia Health Center, East Kotawaringin Regency. Method: The type of research used is Quasi Experimental Design research. The sampling technique uses the consecutive sampling technique. The sample in this study was 22 respondents, which were divided into an intervention group and a control group. The data collection methods in this study are primary data and secondary data. Results: The average healing of perineal wounds before consuming boiled purebred chicken eggs in the intervention group based on the length of healing time obtained a mean of 6.18, Min-Max 5-7 and a Standard Deviation of 0.874. Meanwhile, in the Control group, the Mean 7.73 Min-Max 6-9 and the Standard Deviation 1.009 were obtained. The average healing of perineal wounds after consuming boiled purebred chicken eggs in the intervention group based on the length of healing time obtained a mean of 3.45, Min-Max 3-4 and a Standard Deviation of 0.522. Meanwhile, in the control group that did not consume boiled chicken eggs, the Mean 6.64 Min-Max 5-8 and the Standard Deviation 0.924 were obtained. From the average results obtained by researchers from the intervention and control groups, there was a difference in the average value of 3.19 days. Therefore, there is an effect on the administration of boiled purebred chicken eggs on the healing time of second-degree perineal wounds in postpartum mothers at the Cempaka Mulia Health Center, East Kotawaringin Regency. Conclusion: there is an effect on the administration of boiled purebred chicken eggs on the healing time of second-degree perineal wounds in postpartum mothers at the Cempaka Mulia Health Center, East Kotawaringin Regency. Suggestion: It is hoped that it can be useful for postpartum mothers to prevent infections that occur in perineal wounds by consuming boiled purebred chicken eggs on the healing time of second-degree perineal wounds in postpartum mothers.
