Abstract

Latar Belakang: Ibu hamil Trimester III mengalami perubahan fisiologis secara alami dan memerlukan adaptasi penyesuaian pola hidup dengan proses kehamilan, meningkatnya kadar hormon estrogen dan progesteron, uterus membesar, peningkatan frekuensi berkemih, jumlah tidur menurun karena sulit untuk tidur (insomnia). Insomnia disebabkan heartburn, metabolisme naik agar tubuh bekerja keras, kecemasan pra-kelahiran dan kelelahan. Hal ini akan berdampak tidur ibu hamil terganggu saat beradaptasi sistem pernafasan untuk mempengaruhi pasokan oksigen di otak. Di Indonesia, Ibu Hamil Trimester III dengan gangguan tidur sebanyak 97%. Berdasarkan data Direktorat Jenderal Kesehatan Masyarakat Kemenkes, kematian ibu sebesar 146 per100 kelahiran hidup dan angka kematian balita sebesar 9,0 per 1000 kelahiran hidup pada tahun 2022. Senam hamil dapat mengurangi gangguan tidur dengan latihan gerak untuk mempersiapkan saat masa persalinan baik secara fisik maupun mental, mengurangi komplikasi pada masa kehamilan untuk melatih pernafasan dan menguatkan otot panggul sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas tidur ibu hamil Trimester III karena dapat memberikan efek relaksasi. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Senam Hamil terhadap Kualitas Tidur Ibu Hamil Trimester III. Metode:Jenis penelitian ini yaitu Pre Eksperiment dengan desain pre-post test with control grup. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling dengan jumlah 60 responden (30 intervensi dan 30 kontrol). Hasil:Hasil analisis univariat ini menunjukkan ada peningkatan kualitas tidur ibu hamil Trimester III sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji Paired T Test menyatakan bahwa ada pengaruh pemberian senam hamil terhadap kualitas tidur ibu hamil Trimester III dengan nilai signifikan p-value 0,000 (<0,05) dan tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara paritas dengan menggunakan uji Paired T Test (p-value tidak dapat dihitung karena tidak ada pengaruh) Kesimpulan:Ada pengaruh senam hamil terhadap kualitas tidur ibu hamil trimester III. Kata Kunci : Senam Hamil Kualitas Tidur.

Background: Pregnant women in the third trimester experience natural physiological changes and require adaptations to adjust their lifestyle to the pregnancy process, increasing levels of the hormones estrogen and progesterone, enlarged uterus, increased frequency of urination, decreased amount of sleep due to difficulty sleeping (insomnia). Insomnia is caused by heartburn, increased metabolism to make the body work hard, pre-natal anxiety and fatigue. This will result in disrupted sleep for pregnant women as the respiratory system adapts to affect oxygen supply in the brain. In Indonesia, 97% of pregnant women in the third trimester suffer from sleep disorders. Based on data from the Directorate General of Public Health, Ministry of Health, maternal mortality is 146 per 100 live births and the under-five mortality rate is 9.0 per 1,000 live births in 2022. Pregnancy exercise can reduce sleep disturbances with movement exercises to prepare for the birth period both physically and mentally. , reduce complications during pregnancy to train breathing and strengthen the pelvic muscles so that it can improve the sleep quality of pregnant women in the third trimester because it can have a relaxing effect. Objective: This research aims to determine the effect of pregnancy exercise on the sleep quality of pregnant women in the third trimester. Method: This type of research is pre-experimental with a pre-post test design with control group. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total of 60 respondents (30 intervention and 30 control). Results: The results of this univariate analysis show that there is an increase in the sleep quality of pregnant women in the third trimester before and after the intervention. Bivariate analysis using the Paired T Test stated that there was an effect of giving pregnancy exercise on the sleep quality of pregnant women in the third trimester with a significant p-value of 0.000 (<0.05) and there was no significant relationship between parity using the Paired T Test (p -value cannot be calculated because there is no influence). Conclusion: There is an influence of pregnancy exercise on the sleep quality of pregnant women in the third trimester. Keywords: Pregnancy Exercise, Sleep Quality
