Abstract

Latar Belakang: Stroke Non Hemoragik atau stroke iskemik merupakan keadaan darurat medis akibat sumbatan pada pembuluh darah otak oleh trombus atau emboli, sehingga aliran darah ke otak terhambat dan terjadi hipoksia jaringan. Berdasarkan data Survei Kesehatan Indonesia tahun 2023, prevalensi stroke di Indonesia mencapai 8,3 per 1.000 penduduk. Salah satu intervensi keperawatan untuk menjaga stabilitas hemodinamik dan perfusi serebral pada pasien SNH adalah dengan pemberian posisi Head of Bed 30 derajat. Tujuan Penelitian: Menganalisis penerapan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien Stroke Non Hemoragik dengan fokus pada efektivitas intervensi posisi Head of Bed 30 derajat dalam meningkatkan status neurologis dan tanda vital pasien. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus berdasarkan Evidence-Based Practice. Subjek penelitian adalah 1 pasien SNH di Ruang Alexandri III RSUD dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan pemeriksaan fisik selama 3 hari. Hasil Penelitian: Setelah dilakukan intervensi posisi Head of Bed 30 derajat secara konsisten selama 3 hari, didapatkan hasil status neurologis pasien stabil, tanda-tanda vital dalam batas normal, dan tingkat kesadaran tidak mengalami penurunan. Kesimpulan: Intervensi posisi Head of Bed 30 derajat efektif untuk mendukung stabilitas kondisi klinis dan menjaga perfusi serebral pada pasien Stroke Non Hemoragik. Disarankan intervensi ini dapat diterapkan sebagai prosedur standar dalam asuhan keperawatan pasien SNH sejak awal perawatan. Background: Non-Hemorrhagic Stroke or ischemic stroke is a medical emergency causedby blockage of cerebral blood vessels by thrombus or embolism, resulting in impairedblood flow to the brain and tissue hypoxia. According to the Indonesian Health Survey datain 2023, the prevalence of stroke in Indonesia reached 8.3 per 1,000 population. Oneof the nursing interventions to maintain hemodynamic stability and cerebral perfusion in NHSpatients is by applying the Head of Bed 30° position. Objective: To analyze the implementation of nursing care for patients with Non- Hemorrhagic Stroke with a focus on the effectiveness of the Head of Bed 30° positionintervention on neurological status and vital signs. Methods: This study used a descriptive method with a case study approach basedonEvidence-Based Practice. The subject was one NHS patient in Alexandri III Ward, RSUDdr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin. Data were collected through observation, interview, and physical examination for 3 days. Results: After consistent implementation of the Head of Bed 30° position for 3 days, theresults showed that the patient’s neurological status remained stable, vital signs werewithin normal limits, and the level of consciousness did not decrease. Conclusion: The Head of Bed 30° position intervention is effective in supporting clinical stability and maintaining cerebral perfusion in patients with Non-Hemorrhagic Stroke. It isrecommended that this intervention be applied as a standard procedure in nursing carefor NHS patients from the beginning of treatment.
