Abstract
Kata Kunci: Strok Non Hemoragik, Asuhan Keperawatan, Mobilitas Fisik Background: Muscle weakness and decreased mobility can occur due to non-hemorrhagic stroke (NHS), which is a disruption in blood flow to the brain caused by a blockage in a blood vessel. Appropriate nursing care is necessary for this condition to promote patient recovery. Objective: To describe the nursing care provided to Mr. N at Ulin Regional General Hospital in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan, who experienced a non-hemorrhagic stroke (NHS). Methods: The methodology used was a case study utilizing the nursing process approach, which includes assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. Interviews, observation, physical examination, and medical record documentation were used to collect data. Results: Decreased muscle strength and weakness in the left extremity were found during the evaluation. Decreased physical mobility and possible inadequate cerebral perfusion were nursing diagnoses. Neurological monitoring, range of motion (ROM) exercises, progressive mobilization, and patient and family education were among the interventions provided. According to the evaluation, the patient's condition gradually improved, but further rehabilitation was still needed. Conclusion: Patients with non-hemorrhagic stroke (NHS) can benefit from systematic nursing care. To increase patient independence, it is recommended that nurses and families encourage ongoing rehabilitation. Keywords: Non-Hemorrhagic Stroke, Nursing Care, Physical Mobility
