Abstract
Abstract – Adolescent girls are a group that is prone to anemia due to increased iron needs and blood loss during menstruation. The government has implemented a TTD supplementation program, but consumption compliance in adolescents is still low. This low compliance can be influenced by various factors such as knowledge, attitudes, and support from peers and family. This study aims to analyze the determinant factors that affect TTD consumption compliance in adolescent girls at SMAN 1 Teweh Timur. The research method is cross sectional, to be carried out in August 2025. The population of this study is students in grades X, XI, and XII of SMAN 1 Teweh Timur, with a sample of 55 students. Data analysis using the Chi-Square test. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between knowledge and maturity with a p value of 0.0018, there was a relationship between attitude and maturity with a p value of 0.000, there was a relationship between peer support and compliance with a p value of 0.002, and there was a relationship between family support and elderness of TTD consumption at SMAN 1 Teweh Timur with a p value of 0.016. In conclusion, it is known that the determinants of TTD consumption compliance in adolescent girls at SMAN 1 Teweh Timur are knowledge, attitudes, peer support, and family support.
