Abstract
Anemia adalah keadaan dimana kadar hemoglobin (Hb) dalam darah lebih rendah daripada nilai normal (>12 g/dl). Remaja putri lebih rentan mengalami anemia daripada remaja laki-laki karena mengalami menstruasi setiap bulannya dan sering kali menjaga penampilan untuk mendapatkan tubuh yang ideal sehingga berdiet dan mengurangi makan.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian edukasi gizi melalui buku saku berbasis web terhadap pengetahuan, sikap dan pola makan remaja putri dalam mencegah anemia gizi di SMAN 4 Palangka Raya.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasi Experiment dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswi kelas X di SMAN 4 Palangka Raya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 34 siswi dengan teknik purposive sampling.
Ada pengaruh pengetahuan (p=0,001) dan sikap (p=0,000) sebelum dan sesudah diberikan edukasi gizi melalui pemberian media buku saku berbasis web. Tidak ada pengaruh pola makan (p=0,370) sebelum dan sesudah diberikan media buku saku berbasis web. Ada pengaruh pengetahuan dan sikap sebelum dan sesudah diberikan edukasi gizi melalui pemberian media buku saku berbasis web. Tidak ada pengaruh pola makan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan media buku saku berbasis web.
Anemia is a condition where the level of hemoglobin (Hb) in the blood is lower than the normal value (>12 g/dl). Adolescent girls are more prone to anemia than boys because they experience menstruation every month and often maintain their appearance to get an ideal body so that they go on a diet and eat less.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of providing nutrition education through web-based pocket book on the knowledge, attitudes and eating habit of adolescent girls in preventing nutritional anemia at SMAN 4 Palangka Raya.
This type of research is a Quasi Experiment with One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The population in this study were students of class X at SMAN 4 Palangka Raya. The sample in this study were 34 students using purposive sampling technique.
There was an effect of knowledge (p=0.001) and attitude (p=0.000) before and after being given nutrition education through the provision of web-based pocket book. There was no effect on eating patterns (p=0,370) before and after being given an web-based pocket book. There is an influence of knowledge and attitudes before and after being given nutrition education through the provision of web-based pocket book. There is no effect of eating patterns before and after being given an web-based pocket book.
