Abstract
Latar Belakang : Penerimaan bahan makanan adalah kegiatan untuk meneliti, memeriksa, mencatat dan melaporkan bahan makanan yang ditentukan dalam kontrak (perjanjian jual beli). Penerimaan bahan makanan tersebut merupakan kelanjutan dari proses pembelian bahan makanan (Ani Intiyati, 2018).
Tujuan : Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk Mengetahui Gambaran Penerimaan Bahan Makanan Sayur dan Buah di Instalasi Gizi RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus Kalimantan Tengah yang meliputi waktu penerimaan bahan makanan sayur dan buah, cara penerimaan bahan makanan sayur dan buah, spesifikasi bahan makanan sayur dan buah dan alat penerimaan bahan makanan sayur dan buah.
Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini dilaksanakan tanggal 27 April, 09 Mei dan 11 Mei 2022 alat pengumpulan data dengan mengunakan desain penelitian cross sectional, data penerimaan bahan makanan didapatkan dari hasil pengamatan selama 3 hari. Hasil dan Pembahasan : Menunjukkan bahwa waktu penerimaan bahan makanan sayur dan buah di Instalasi Gizi RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus Kalimantan Tengah untuk sayur waktu penerimaan sudah sesuai mencapai 100%, cara penerimaan bahan makanan sayur dan buah di Instalasi Gizi RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus Kalimantan Tengah sesuai dengan persen persentase 85,7% dan ruang dan alat penerimaan bahan makanan buah dan sayur di Instalasi Gizi RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus Kalimantan Tengah sudah sesuai mencapai 100%.
Kesimpulan : Penerimaan bahan makanan sayur dan buah di Instalasi Gizi RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangka Raya sudah sesuai.
Background : Receipt of food ingredients is an activity to research, inspect, record and report food ingredients specified in the contract (sales and purchase agreement). The receipt of these foodstuffs is a continuation of the process of purchasing foodstuffs (Ani Intiyati, 2018).
Purpose : The general objective of this study was to determine the description of the acceptance of vegetables and fruit food ingredients in the Nutrition Installation of RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus Kalimantan Tengah which includes the time of receipt of vegetable and fruit foodstuffs, the method of receiving vegetables and fruit foodstuffs, specifications of vegetable and fruit foodstuffs and equipment for receiving vegetables and fruit foodstuffs.
Research Method : This research was conducted on 27 April, 09 May and 11 May 2022. Data collection tools using a cross-sectional research design, food receipts data were obtained from observations for 3 days. Results and Discussion: Shows that the time of receiving vegetables and fruit food ingredients at the Nutrition Installation of RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus Kalimantan Tengah for vegetables the time of receipt is appropriate to reach 100%, the method of receiving vegetable and fruit food ingredients at the Nutrition Installation of RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus Kalimantan Tengah has not matched the percentage of 71.4% and the means of receiving fruit and vegetable food ingredients at the Nutrition Installation of RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus Kalimantan Tengah has reached 100%.
Conclusion : Receipt of vegetable and fruit food ingredients at the nutrition installation of the RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus Kalimantan Tengah is suitable.
